Agricon was established in 1993 and has been crowned twice as “South Africa’s Entrepreneur of the Year” and also won various other titles for our innovative and robust designs. Our machines and equipment are designed and built in South Africa and we export to over 27 countries. These machines are well known for their intelligent control panels we developed, making pelletizing much easier. We pride ourselves on our excellant craftmanship, robustness and practical design of our machines.
The development of the Agricon pellet mill (pellet machine or pellet press) range saw the company growing from a one-man business to an Internationally recognized role player in the pelleting Industry.
Agricon Pelleting owns pelletising technology in the fields of biomass pelleting and feed mills that has no competition in the World.
Agricon’s machines can produce pellets from material that have never been pelletised before.

Johan Eksteen, owner of Agricon Pty Ltd – a worldwide supplier of pelletizing machinery and equipment as well as agri–processing factories – was awarded the Small Business Entrepreneur of the Year® title at the annual 2014 Sanlam / Business Partners Entrepreneur of the Year® Competition, held in Johannesburg on Wednesday, 3 September 2014.
